Shipping

We will do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. Confirmed and paid for orders will be shipped the same or next working day. However, we do not always succeed in meeting this, for example because the products are out of stock. The product page shows the estimated delivery time. Should we not meet the date of the delivery for any reason, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. 

Shipping options

We ship with PostNL (Dutch Postal service), DPD and DHL. Only when needed we ship with UPS. We have the option to ship to pickup locations and service stations by PostNL, DHL and UPS. For most European countries you can choose a pickup location at the checkout. In the table below you will find shipping options per country. 

Pickup in the showroom in Utrecht

We have a showroom in Utrecht, The Netherlands. It is possible to pickup your order here. You do not pay any shipping costs. Only prepaid orders can be pickup by appointment only during working days. It is possible to fit your shoes in the showroom. There will always be only one customer per appointment 

Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide. For most countries we have predetermined shipping methods and costs. For countries outside the European Union (EU) we will deduct 21% VAT automatically at checkout.

Please note: United Kingdom was part of the fiscal EU until the transition period ended on 31st of December 2020. UK orders are now handled as outside EU orders.

* please note that you do not pay VAT in our shop BUT you might have to pay custom duties and VAT to your local customs office. The shipping, handling and customs fees are non-refundable in case of a return.  

** We may have to charge additionally for delivering to remote areas inside and outside EU - please contact us before ordering for delivery in remote areas. You probably know when you live in a remote area, to make sure check here before ordering: https://www.trackingmore.com/remote_area.php#table. We may ship with postal service for remote areas. 

USA, Canada and Mexico

*** UPS charges based on volume weight; shoes are expensive to ship because they are high in volume.
